Optional Windows Termination Wizard

This window is used to nominate the windows that are to appear during the Termination Wizard Process. This is useful if a reminder is needed for payroll staff to collect keys or equipment from the employee before they leave.

• A Presenter report is available for each activate function.

Field Information

Function Name

This field displays the Activity Number/Identifier of the window.

Function Description

This field displays the description of the window.

Include Optional Window

Specify if this window will appear in the termination wizard process or not.

• All windows that have been flagged with Y will appear at the end of the termination wizard process.

Display on Termination Audit

Specify if the information from the selected window to appear on the termination audit report or not.
